I don't have much formal art training, but a few years ago I picked up the hobby of casual drawing. One day I chose an airplane picture to draw from, owing to my side interest in aviation. That started a long series of aircraft-related drawings, which have significantly improved my artistic skills. Here's a showcase of my best art of the past couple years.
I use almost exclusively graphite pencils and colored pencils, and I tend draw from reference photos.
Some of my work has been featured on the Ice711 YouTube channel and Ice711 Discord server, including the Icelandair 757 I drew when Ice achieved 100,000 subscribers.
